Primatijada 2015 in Porec

Primatijada’ presents sports and scientific gathering of students and employees in the fields of biology, biotechnology, physics, geophysics, geography, geology, computer science, chemistry, mathematics and polytechnics. This event promotes science, gathers and encourages cooperation among the scientists of different professional orientations in order to support effective scientific and economic development of the Croatia. It will be held in Porec from May 6^th till May 10^th 2015, where the project of the European Universities Games Zagreb-Rijeka 2015 will be presented to the students.

The aim of ‘Primatijada’ is to meet and connect students of science and future students to achieve mutual cooperation through the scientific and sports activities, as well as raising the knowledge in fields of natural science to a higher level.

‘Primatijada’ develops creativity and shapes creative ideas into action. It encourages the cooperation between teacher and student as well as the exchange of ideas on both sides. With this project, we are trying to achieve further and deeper penetration into the cognitive segment of the globalization of natural science, basing its infrastructure platform on the current achievements in biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics and others.

The purpose of the project is to mobilize the scientific – research potential and human resources across Croatia by creating and implementing advanced technologies within science that will lead to business success, i.e. economic development and growth.
