Hrki at presentation on local high schools to eight graders in Rijeka

The presentation of 27 high schools and 4 dormitories from the Primorje – Gorski Kotar County took place on the Rijeka Korzo on Wednesday, May the 25th 2016. The event was named “Where to Go Next?” and was aimed at eight-grade elementary school students, in order to introduce them to various programs, additional activities and opportunities offered by schools and dormitories, and to help them make decisions regarding their future education.

As the European Universities Games take great pride in their students-athletes and promote the idea of a dual career, the one consisting of both sports and education, Hrki came to the Korzo as well. After the Games end, students will have at their disposal a regulated system of university sports and renovated or newly built accommodation and sports venues.

That’s why Hrki had an important task – to remind the pupils that starting from July the 12th 2016, when young people from all across Europe will come to Zagreb and Rijeka, they will all together enjoy sports, have fun and make new friends. If they continue with their education and playing sports, even today’s elementary school pupils could participate in such an event in a couple of years!

Hrki was, of course, the main star of the event and everyone wanted to take a photo with him.
