There’s no party like a Hrki party

The Roko Club has once again proved itself to be the heart of fun and this time, the athletes were invited to a party by no other than everyone’s favourite EUG mascot, hamster Hrki.

Without a girlfriend to keep him company, Hrki partied with the athletes from all the competing universities, who came to the Club to rest after a long day of training. Tonight, selfies with Hrki were as popular as ever and flashing cameras followed him wherever he went.

For our volunteers who came to the Club to rest after a long day of work, Hrki’s arrival marked the beginning of the party.

“I couldn’t wait for him to come, I’m so happy he’s here with us,” said one of the volunteers, Fran Bilić, who wasn’t playing the mascot this evening.

“Hrki is awesome, he’s a legend. The party’s great too, but I have to leave earlier because we have a game tomorrow,” said Domagoj Matijević, a football player from Osijek.

Hrki was thrilled to see that so many athletes and volunteers accepted his invitation to the party. After a night of dancing, Hrki could not wait to rest his quick feet so that he could party with the athletes tomorrow as well.
