EUG 2016 OC at “Leadership in sports” workshop

The members of the EUG 2016 (European Universities Games Zagreb – Rijeka 2016) Organizing Committee had the first workshop for “Leadership in Sport”, held by the new EUG 2016 partner – Mentalni Trening.

Mentalni Trening will hold workshops “Communication Skills Training” for volunteer coordinators, various lectures during the Games and the “Group Mental Training” for Croatian universities teams during the preparations for the EUG 2016.

The mission of mental training is to help clients find creative solutions, to achieve goals excellence while preserving the integrity, authenticity and balance – whether it is a sport, personal development or business management.

The EUG 2016 Organizing Committee develops and improves abilities and competences of Croatian athletes, volunteers and their employees in order to achieve the desired goals at the upcoming Games and keep everyone mentally fit.
