News - Passing by in Rijeka: Competitions, but fun as well

Emily, who practices taekwondo, comes from Finland. She loves the sport as it’s dynamic and great for maintaining a fit physique. Rijeka is a nice city and the only thing that bothers her is the summer heat.

Katarzyna from Poland practices judo. According to her, judo is more than a sport; she says it is an entire philosophy. You have to practice your whole body, but your mind too, adds Katarzyna. She still has not had the opportunity to go sightseeing in Rijeka, but she hopes to manage to do it while she is at the Games.

Ilija from Belarus practices taekwondo and hopes for good results. That sport makes him better and physically fitter. He finds the campus very nice, as well as the city itself, so he hopes to enjoy his stay in Rijeka.
