An exciting day of bridge

Another exciting day of bridge has passed. The bridge team from the University of Potsdam (Germany) is currently in the lead. The Czech team from Charles University is second, just 13 points behind the leading team, while the Turkish team from Koc University is in third place. The German team has 228.7 victory points, the Czech 215.29 victory points, and the Turkish team has 195.87 victory points.

The team from the University of Zagreb is in fourth place with 191.96 victory points. Vemund Vikjord from Germany commented on the leading position of his team and said that it felt nice being on the ‘throne’ during the whole tournament, and that it motivated them even further to stay concentrated because the final games are scheduled for the next day.

When asked if there was an opponent they were afraid of, Vikjord replied that they fear the Czech team who is currently in second place.

The final games of bridge are scheduled for tomorrow and they could change everything.
